This website is designed to collect as little personal data as possible, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”).

Data controller: TEZETA, Bordeaux, represented by Florent Mazzoleni (sanle@sanlesory.com).

Data collected: the only personal data collected are those you enter in the contact form (name, email address, subject and message). Messages are forwarded by email to sanle@sanlesory.com and are not stored on the website.

Purpose and legal basis: this data is used solely to answer your request (exhibitions, collaborations, prints, press). The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the publisher in responding to messages it receives (Article 6.1.f GDPR). It is never sold, rented or used for marketing purposes.

Recipients: only the publisher and the persons in charge of answering your request. The website is hosted by IONOS SARL, within the European Union.

Retention period: messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, and for no more than three years after our last exchange.

No analytics or advertising cookies are used, and no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on this website: no request is sent to Google to display them.

Browser storage: the website stores on your device, only to make it work, your choice to turn the background music on or off, and the position in the current track so that it continues from page to page. This data never leaves your device, is not used to identify you and does not require your consent.

Third-party content: videos on the Press page are loaded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) only when you click play. YouTube, operated by Google, may then receive your IP address, set its own cookies and process data in the United States, under its own privacy policy. If you never click play, nothing is sent to YouTube.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to sanle@sanlesory.com. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
